Medical Equipment Donation
JSW Apparels donated medical equipment valued at 2.8 million rupees to Castle Street Hospital for Women (Teaching), Colombo.
The initiative
Support directed where it mattered.
After learning of Castle Street Hospital's need for ventilators to help save premature babies, JSW Apparels responded with practical medical support.
The hospital records more than 1,000 births each month, with approximately 25 to 30 babies requiring life-saving treatment in the neonatal intensive care unit.
As the hospital worked to expand its NICU to accommodate 15 babies, JSW Apparels donated an ICU ventilator to support that life-saving work.
